Fall 2026 cohort

Program Details

The program for the next generation of supply chain engineers.

Crescendo is Lyric's cohort-based program for supply chain analysts, modelers, and builders with a goal of expanding your capabilities and helping you become a more well-rounded Supply Chain Engineer.

Overview

You're becoming an Upper-Right Engineer.

Supply chain decisions are technical and political. The best engineers don't win by math alone, and they don't win on charisma either. They live at the intersection, and that's where Crescendo is taking you.

Rigorous and creative.

Anyone can run the model. The best engineers also notice what the data is quietly trying to tell them.

Quantitative and persuasive.

Numbers that move rooms, not just spreadsheets. The math is necessary; the framing is what closes.

Builder and narrator.

You ship the prototype and you tell the story that makes the room act on it.

The Crescendo operating system

Algorithmic Intelligence x Agentic Intelligence
Algorithmic Intelligence is the optimization, ML, and forecasting that powers Lyric Studio. It's the math that makes the decision. Agentic Intelligence is the suite of AI co-pilots inside Lyric Studio that change how you do the work (synthetic data, modeling, app design), plus the chance to build your own agents for the boutique problems your team owns. Every week you get more fluent at both.

Who you become, week by week.

Each week is a skill, not a deliverable. The builds are the path. The transformation is the point.

What pilot graduates are saying.

Patricia Lynn Burgess
Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling · 2026
"The pace was faster, but if you show up, you can keep up. The focus was laser sharp. I left with a prototype that impressed leadership enough that I committed to bringing it to full implementation."

Andy Kung
Beyond Better Foods · 2026
"I left Chicago with a ton of ideas on how to leverage Lyric to tackle our biggest challenges. The collaboration with like-minded supply chain people was the part I didn't expect to love this much."

Vijay Ganti
ACCO Brands · 2026
"Crescendo gave me a framework for turning messy operational problems into clean, runnable analyses. Five weeks in, I had a prototype I could actually take back into my team."
